2. This registration form follows the areas, division, and categories as outlined in the AACS National Competition and WVCEA Competition Manuals and follows the same order as the manuals.
3. Please complete the registration roster listing all participants in their respective categories. Space is allotted for you to fill in up to four entries in each category for Sr. High individual categories, and three entries for Jr. High and Elementary individual categories. Please make sure each student in a group is listed on a separate line. Large groups (Choral Groups, Choir, and Orchestra/Band) should be listed on a separate page.
4. NOTE: The rules governing the Senior High Festival will come directly from the AACS National Competition Manual, unless modifications are authorized by WVCEA for the state Festival only. The Junior High and Elementary Festivals will be governed by the National Competition manual, along with the Junior High and Elementary Modifications Addenda (See WVCEA State Manual).
5. FESTIVAL FEES:

   Group: $6.50 per member ($65.00 maximum for 10 or more)
   Individual $6.50 (for each category entered)

6. Category Limits: In the Individual categories, a school may enter 4 participants on the Senior High level and 3 participants on the Junior High and Elementary Levels. This rule applies unless there is a specific limit for a category (Spelling Bee, for example)
